We were taken in hand by Liz. I would just like to say a big thank you to her. She spent a lot of time helping us choose suitable outfits for me to try and had the patience of a saint. When we narrowed down what I liked she then offered hats, shoes, accessories etc... in colours I would not otherwise have even looked at never mind try and finally buy.

The worry of what to wear at my daughter’s wedding has now been alleviated. You are indeed a saint!

My daughter and I came to your shop at the end of July to buy an outfit for my son's wedding at the beginning of October this year. I was a little apprehensive as I had been to several shops in the North of Scotland and had not found anything to suit. Within a very short time of entering your shop I was allocated an assistant called Deborah who was just marvellous. A very pleasant young lady with the patience of a saint. I could see that you had a very extensive stock of sizes and styles to suit every age group so my fears of not getting something to wear went out the window.

With Deborah's help it was not long before I found the outfit of my dreams - just what I was looking for. I still love it and I think I always will. A special outfit for a very special occasion. It was greatly admired at the wedding and I was very proud to say where I had bought it.

Coming to your shop was a wonderful experience which I will never forget and I hope I get the chance to be a customer in the future.

I can not thank you enough for the outstanding collection of outfits you stock, but most importantly for the genuine help and assistance your staff provide. Without being intrusive they know exactly what will look good on me and what is appropriate for each occasion. I have bought several outfits from Catherines and now without question drive the 200 mile round trip in full confidence that i will come away with a perfect outfit (once it was the morning of the Ball!). No more trawling round endless boutiques.

I find it ironic, that now living in Dubai, the designers paradise for shopping, I still could not find that 'something special' for my sons wedding. Catherines of Partick never let me down, from sending you one single email to ask for an outfit to be put aside for me to arriving a few days later, that outfit not suiting me, I was still stuck for choice, and walked out of your shop with everything, from suit, hat and shoes.  You made a very difficult time so easy. I never thought I would fly in and out with my whole outfit in 3 days.

Dear Madame,

My daughter and I were in your shop last week to choose a dress for her upcoming Prom. We were served by a lady called Eleanor and I would like to take this opportunity to say "Thank You" to her for her courtesy and good humour throughout.

All too often nowadays assistants in shops seem to think service is a dirty word and equates with servant and it is beneath their dignity to offer it. It was a pleasant surprise to find it not so in Eleanor's case. She made what could have been an onerous (shopping with a teenage daughter) task an enjoyable one thus increasing my daughter's enjoyment of her dress, shoes and bag.
